The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
This particular watch has a Cyma stem-winding movement, with 15 jewels, which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10ct gold plated and was made by the English based watch case maker Aaron Dennison. The front of the case is in good condition while the hinged case back has a series of small indentations.

The watch glass has some short surface scratches and a couple of tiny nibbles to the bevelled edge.
The white enamel dial is in good condition, just two or three short hairlines next to number 11. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
