Excellent William 1v Cuban Mahogany Linen Press C1820

Description

This is an excellent quality william 1v cuban mahogany linen press dating from around 1820. It has a flared cornice top above two moulded panelled doors and carved to the edges. Internally there are five sliding shelves all of which are mahogany lined. To either side of the doors is a carved corbal support. The base has a moulded edge to the topwith two short drawers above two long deep drawers all are mahogany lined and with original knob handles. To either side of the chest is a heavy barley twist column. It has a moulded plinth base and stands on lovely carved feet.

It separates into two pieces for ease of transporting and is a superb quality piece of antique william 1v furniture.

Measures 90" high X 43" high to top of base X internal depth 19" X 66" wide
