Classic Edwardian Grey Iron and Aged Brass Double

Description

Very attractive simple and traditional iron and brass classic bedstead. Attractive simple decorative castings beautifully matching the small brass knobs. This bed is beautifully proportioned ideal for a smaller room. Professionally and sympathetically restored in our own workshops on site. Side rails checked for good fit and strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. Frame has been shot blasted, primed and hand finished in grey with antiqued brass.

Suitable for standard double mattress 135 cms x 190 cms.

Overall dimensions below

Max head height 133 cms; max foot height 110 cms, side rail height 40 cms.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. Please click on link to our web site and enter mattress section for images, specifications and price list for these type of bases and our range of hand made mattresses.

We can arrange national and international delivery. Please send address/postcode for quotation.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

We offer on site B & B facilities if you are travelling a distance to view.
