The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The nozzle is slim (approx. 3/8"). Hallmarked under the base and to the nozzle for London 1806 with maker's mark for John Lias. The snuffer is unmarked so likely a very well matched replacement.

It measures 4 1/4" rim to handle, 3 5/8" wide rim to rim, and 2 1/2" high to the top of the nozzle, 3" including the snuffer. It weighs 118g/3.8ozt. Condition is very good with no damage and light surface wear from age and use.
