Regency Decorated Tole Oval Tray. Circa 1820

Description

Superb early nineteenth century Dutch oval tole (decorated tin) tray having raised pierced gallery with side carrying handles. The base beautifully decorated with Dutch pastoral scene within gilt leaf border. In remarkable condition for tole with only a few minor marks. No touching up or repainting. As good as I have seen in a long time.
