Description

A most handsome and fairly large three draw pocket telescope dating to around 1880, Victorian in era. The telescope is made from exotic and expensive Rosewood and the brass with a good natural antique patina.

The lens has a brass cover and the eye piece has a little integrated shutter to protect the eye hole. Signed Mason, Dublin.

In fine working condition with excellent optics the telescope measures 8" when fully closed and extends to 22".
