Description

A 19th Century Brass Cased Barometer and Thermometer.

The case with a ring hanging loop above the stepped rim, enclosing the glass front, and silvered dial, complete with adjusting cursor, and thermometer. The dial engraved ' Holosteric Barometer, T B Winter, Newcastle'.

Complete with its carved walnut leaf scrolled stand, on a rectangular plinth base, with small raised feet.

Height 7 inches, width 12 inches, diameter 3 inches.
