Description

A wonderfully elegant heart shaped photograph frame, as relevant today in a contemporary home as it was in the late nineteenth century when it was made.

A rather lovely feature of this frame is the solid sterling silver folding easel stand, these are usually wood or leather, really very unusual to see them in sterling, a true sign of top-quality.

The frame is hallmarked for Birmingham 1894 together with the makers mark for Lawrence Emanuel. Excellent condition with an overall measurement of 5" x 6 1/2" with an approximate glazed aperture measuring 3 3/4" x 5".
