Description

A stunning pair of gilded oval girandoles. This pair of English gilt wood and composition wall hanging mirrors are better than your average model surmounted with a classical rope twist surround terminating in tassels interlaced with laurel leaves. The base of rococo design with c-scrolls. The gilding is in 24 ct gold leaf and the mirrors retain their original glass plates and back boards. Circa 1825.£2500. Excellent condition. Measure 31”h x 20”w ( Glass 20”h x 15”w)
