Description

A very smart desk-top blotter made from hefty cast brass, more refined than most with a separate reticulated panel which sits on the plain brass panel, creating a very decorative accessory.

The handle unscrews to dismantle the blotter allowing fresh blotting paper to be inserted.

Excellent condition dating to the late Victorian era, around 1890. 5 1/4" x 2 3/4" standing 2 1/2" to top of handle.
