Ebonised Ottoman Stool or Window Seat C.1890

Description

Very stylish late 19th.c. ebonised ottoman stool or window seat c.1890. Identical design to both sides, carved detail of floral swags to the panels highlighted in gold, turned and fluted columns and turned bun feet with recessed wooden castors. Useful storage space inside, lift the hinged seat pad to reveal a lovely mahogany lined interior with turned spindles to the dividers. Excellent condition, freshly reupholstered, cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 43", depth 18", height 20".
