Description

Pretty pair of Coalport flower encrusted vases with a pale green ground, hand painted panels either side of garden flowers and a ring of applied flowers around the ruffled, relief moulded rims. Scrolled handles either side joining a ruffled skirt around the middle and descending to scrolled base on a square plinth. Beautiful bright enamels and lots of gilding set them off nicely.

They measure 5" high and 4/ 1/4" by 4" wide. Condition is very good with no body damage or restoration; just the usual minor losses to leaves and petals. There is some wear to the gilding, mainly to the base of one and there has been some subsequent touching up to this.
