Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the 1750s.
Old green baize to top. Lovely colour and deep patina. Could be used as a hall or console table, or the baize could easily be replaced and used as a card table.

An old repair to the back leg (see photo). Small section of inlay missing to back leg. Small split in veneer to front. Other wear and marks commensurate with age. Because the back legs fold out, the table is slightly unsteady and is best placed against a wall.
