This is an exceptional example of a Victorian revolving ''Lazy Susie''. Made from solid oak and with strong Gothis overtones. There is great detail throughout from the turned and carved legs below a fretted and chip carved apron on which sits the large round top that has segmented roundels that each have an embossed leather inset to protect against heat. This is a marvellous piece of Victoriana, as useful today as when it was made. Condition is original and very good with no physical damage to the top. Cleaned and wax polished good to go.
