The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
Viking was a trade name used in Sweden between the 1920s and 1960s.
The movement is working well and is signed with the Viking name.

The watch measures 48.5mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is stainless steel, rather than plated, which is a good sign of quality. The inside of the case back is signed with the Viking name. The case has an indentation to the back, and general light surface marks commensurate with its age.

The watch glass is in good order.
The signed two tone dial has a good 1930s appearance, original blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There are some dots to the dial, mainly around the outside.
