Art Deco World has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The dial can be turned to any angle as demonstrated in the last picture. Ideal clock we thought for a hallway or office area. Condition is way above average, the chrome is very clean and bright with no tarnishing or pitting. There is a small nibble on the marble to the back which we will restore before sending out.
