Description

Stunning American cut crystal water jug or champagne pitcher with wide sterling silver collar and spout by Gorham. Beautifully detailed cut glass including a stunning trebles star cut base and with pretty detail up the back of the strap handle. The silver smooth is smooth and elegant with lovely cast frieze decoration around the base. Fully marked for c.1900 with Sterling and model reference D935.

It measures 9 7/8" high, 6" wide handle to spout and 4 3/4" wide across the base. Condition is excellent; very light signs of use and surface wear, just a couple of tiny frits around the base.
