Description

A very smart Victorian writing slope or lapdesk with underslung document drawer and brass carrying handles.

The interior is beautifully fitted with a quality leather writing surface. One ink bottle.

The under drawer is released via a brass pin located within the box.

Key lockable with a brass escutcheon.

Please note that the apparent mark to the top of the box is merely a shadow from a picture frame situated above.
