Exquisite Antique English Sterling Silver and Enamel Pill Box - 1902

Description

A really exquisite Edwardian pill box made from sterling silver, both the base and lid having a decorative beaded edge. The lift-off lid is just superb witha rich green guilloche enamel border surrounding a romantic scene of a dancing couple in the centre.

The underside is where the full English hallmark can be found for Birmingham 1902. The makers initials are are also present for the silversmith, Marston and Bayliss. Excellent condition, measuring 1 3/8" in diameter.
