Elmgarden has dated this piece to the Regency era.
Each Sconce has a slender shape tapering at both ends, with 6 mirrors set in behind the sconces, giving a very pretty reflective light.

The lights date originally from around 1850, they have been wired to take electricity, quite cleverly with imitation glass candle sticks, this could easily be removed leaving little sign it had ever been done.

The Sconces are in remarkably good condition for their age, if they are to be used with electricity the wiring should be inspected when they are installed, the glass candles have hairline cracks but they are pretty sound, so we will supply modern card ones if preferred

The Sconces are 36” tall, 11” wide and they protrude 6” from the wall
