Inlaid Rosewood Center Table

Description

A very good late Victorian center table in rosewood. of good construction with a solid mahogany frame and stunning rosewood veneers. Of octagonal shape and fairly large size. The table is decorated with inlaid stringing throughout, satinwood banding to the top and a stunning central panel of inlaid boxwood and ivorine. The whole table has a lovely rich mellow colour and patina and stands well, free from wobbles. The legs are united by an under-tier (giving further stability) and terminate in their original brass and ceramic castors. This lovely table is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
