A very fine, Edwardian, solid silver egg cup and spoon set. The egg cup is a very attractive design with three handles and three feet (see photos). It is fully hallmarked Sheffield 1911 with maker''s mark: James Deakin & Sons. Very good overall condition with no apparent dents. The spoon is also fully hallmarked Sheffield 1913 also with maker''s mark: James Deakin & Sons Ltd. and is also in very good condition.
This set is cased in the original black leatherette box, with blue velvet and blue satin interior. This case is in good condition (with a few minor scratches only to be expected with the age of the item).
