This FINE LARGE PAIR OF ANTIQUE STAFFORDSHIRE SPANIELS, with unusual spongeware decoration to their coats, date from circa 1880.

They have full, sweeping tails and charmingly painted faces.

The SPANIELS are in good condition. There are no cracks or chips. There is a tiny glaze flake on the underside of one footrim. There is no restoration.

They display beautifully and would enhance any room setting.
