Edwardian Brass Milk Skimmer

1900 - 1920
Description

This large brass milk skimmer from around the early part of the 20th C is in beautiful condition. We think it was unused as the decorative perforations on the ladle are sharp and crisp, with no marks or damage.

It measures 58cm in length and the widest part is 23cm.

There are no green areas or black marks on the skimmer ! The curve of the ladle reflects light around and the camera picks up surrounding colour. It is a rich yellow brass colour and it is a very good weight.

There is a Z stamped on the back of the handle, but we cannot find a maker's mark.

We have included postage and packing within the UK mainland only, and would be very happy to supply quotes for delivery elsewhere and abroad.
