Antique Waltham Traveler half hunter pocket watch, originaly retailed by Schierwater & Lloyd Liverpool.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed American Waltham, U.S.A. Traveler has the serial number 16220346 which dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.

The watch measures 50.5 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10 ct gold filled which is the Moon model by Aaron Dennison. It is in good condition with just light surface marks from use and the odd minor "ding" to the back but overall it is in nice condition. The small lens is surrounded by Roman numerals with a black enamel filling. The winding crown pushes down to open the front cover.

The inner lens is also in good condition.

The white enamel dial is signed with the retailers name Schierwater & Lloyd Liverpool. The dial is in nice condition and it has the special half hunter hour hand so that when the front cover is closed, the wearer can decipher which hand is the minute hand and which is the hour hand.
