Description

An elegant antique Edwardian oval mirror in mahogany with stringing and inlays dating from circa 1910. A very decorative item with bevelled mirror, could be used vertically as a hall mirror or horizontally as an overmantle mirror above a fireplace. It has a richly figured mahogany frame with stringing around the edges and paterae inlay designs to each corner. With label to back which reads “William Twigg & Sons, Warwick House 3-4 Iron Gate, Derby”.

Wear and marks commensurate with age. Small scratch to mirror. Bevelled glass – some slight foxing in places.
