Unusually large Windsor armchair. West Country, late C19th. Pierced backsplat and made entriely of Ash. Marked 'Woodberry', possibly from Highbridge in Somerset. Rich colours, good patina. Distinctive grain pattern.

Inner seat is 18" wide by 19" deep. Floor to top of seat is 17.75".
