Walnut & Gilt Open Amchair

Description

A handsome walnut and gilt open armchair / desk chair in Queen Anne Style. With arched back with two upholstered panels and gilded carved floral design. It has curved arms with scrolls and turned arm supports and stands on Queen Anne legs with gilded shell carved knees and scroll feet. In a lovely figured walnut with a deep rich brown patina, it has been newly re-covered in a pale gold velour fabric.

Good condition. Solid and sturdy. Newly recovered.
