Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1870s.
The outward curved frieze with like wise, floral and foliage inlays, with scrolled foliage borders , set with a flush frieze drawer, complete with lock and key. The legs swept and tapered, from brass mounted knees, to foliate scroll sabots.
Charming and good colour.
Date c 1870.
