A Splendid 18th Century Rococo Silver Salt Tub.

A superb silver condiment dish from the early reign of George III, with cast rim and four tassel feet. This superior piece is of excellent gauge silver, with a gadrooned border, oval shaped body and fluted detail. The interior is fully gilded. Mid 18th Century silver is becoming increasingly scarce and this example is a good find, usable and decorative.
