Description

Superb large 19th.c. oak silver chest c.1870. Originally designed for the safe storage and transport of the household’s silver it is very robustly constructed of solid oak boards with iron bindings. Retaining the original heavy iron carry handles and baize lining to the lid. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
