Pair of Tall Table Lanterns

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1920-2940, this pair of brass table lanterns have been made to look like street lights, with square markings on the base resembling paving stones.

They are in very good condition and have the original heavy cast iron base underneath, and the original lids that have small iron finials on the top. See Photo 1.

The lights measure 84cm in height, and have a 16cm square base.

They were rewired by the previous owner to take a single standard bayonet lightbulb, and have been fitted with online switches.

Because of the height and weight, we would prefer to send these out via a courier, or alternatively, they can be viewed and collected from Surrey by appointment.
