Description

A Beautiful burr walnut and walnut Victorian Period "duchess" dressing table. The upper section with a shaped adjustable walnut framed mirror supported on beautifully carved and pierced scrolling supports and having three serpentine shaped mahogany lined jewellery drawers. The lower section again veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut and with a shaped rectangular frieze drawer with serpentine ends. The whole supported on turned and fluted column supports with rear flat pilaster supports and united by a shaped burr walnut under-tier with turned bun feet. English circa 1860-1870

Dimensions: 47" wide x 23" deep x 65.5" high (knee hole 24" high x 25" wide)

Condition: This dressing table is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
