Description

A beautiful mahogany Regency Period antique sewing table possibly by Gillows of Lancaster. The rectangular top having drop leaves veneered in the finest figured mahogany and having two cedar lined drawers, one fitted for sewing accompaniments. With a pencil pleated silk lined sewing basket, the whole supported on elegant Gillows designed reeded supports with brass cup castors. English circa 1800-1820

Dimensions: 16" wide x 19" deep (30" wide fully opened) x 29" high

Condition: This table is in superb condition, the sewing basket has been re-lined in water marked silk.
