A wonderfully decorated, art nouveau, solid silver cigarette case. The case is decorated in a typically art nouveau style of foliage, on both sides of the case, and is simply stunning. The interior of the case is gilt washed and has clear and crisp hallmarks to the lid and base. The fastener works perfectly. The overall condition is very good. There are a few small dents and scratches (to be expected with the age of the item and mentioned for accuracy purposes). Both the front and the back bear a decorative design registration number (used for copyright purposes).
