Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.

The top of lovely colour and grain, consists of a D-end section to each end and then a rectangular centre section all standing on pillar support bases. There is also 2 extra leaves that are supported by slides and then with table clips to secure.

The D-ends have tripod bases with hairy claw brass cap toe castors and the central section with a quadruple support.
Although there is much reflection on our photographs the colour and grain do show the quality of the timber used by the craftsmen when this is constructed.

We have re-polished this table in our own workshops, all done by hand and using traditional techniques.
No spraying of lacquers are used in our superb finishes.
Upkeep is simple. The table has a wax finish , and so you only need to use a soft cloth to dust it and if required you can occasionally use one of our wax sprays that we can supply, that you just spray onto the cloth and wipe on the surface which leaves a very fine coat of wax but also helps the shine to glow.
