A Lovely Pair of Walnut Victorian Period Antique Chairs

Description

A lovely pair of walnut Victorian Period antique chairs. Each having a shaped deep buttoned padded back with finely carved Prince Of Wales feathers and floral detail. The open arm chair having padded arm rests and carved knuckles, both chairs having sprung seats newly re-upholstered in a gold silk damask, above the serpentine front seat rails. Supported on finely carved cabriole supports with brass and porcelain castors. English circa 1860

Dimensions: Armchair 28" wide x 24" deep x 37" high Nursing Chair 23" wide x 22" deep x 35" high (Seat heights 15")

Condition: This pair of chairs are in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. Newly re-upholstered to a very high standard. Replacement castors
