The piano top lifts to reveal a fitted interior with a leather lined adjustable writing surface, pen tray and inkwell sections. The right hand side having four mahogany lined drawers with turned walnut drawer pulls, the opposing left hand side appearing identical but having dummy drawer fronts. The kneehole flanked by finely carved S scroll cabriole supports and supported on a solid walnut plinth with turned walnut feet and inset castors. Veneered throughout in the finest burr walnut veneers. English circa 1860
