This trunk is an early design the body of the trunk is covered in canvas, and bound in leather with many brass features, including 3 locks on the front and studs and strap loops. The original makers paper lable on the inside and a travel lable on the outside, all of the features both leather and brass are stamped with the makers name
The Trunk is good and sound all the latches work well, the interior is lined in age darkened linen, the trunk would work well with a glass top turning it into a very stylish coffee table
The Trunk is 14 ” tall , 40” wide and 22” deep
