A Burr Walnut & Marquetry Inlaid Victorian Period Antique Coffee Table

Description

A burr walnut & marquetry inlaid Victorian Period antique coffee table (adapted). Having a rectangular top veneered in beautifully figured burr walnut with marquetry floral inlaid detail. With a moulded walnut edge the whole supported on a turned and carved walnut column with swept carved cabriole feet and brass and porcelain castors. English circa 1870-1880

Dimensions: 45" wide x 23" deep x 20" high

Condition: This coffee table is in wonderful condition. It has been adapted from a large Victorian side table to make a coffee table. The top has been re-polished in our workshops, the base cleaned and waxed.
