Swedish Art Deco Satin Birch Upholstered Sofa

1920 - 1940
Description

Very stylish original Swedish Art Deco sofa with a curved ribbed back & front edge. It has just come over from Sweden, re-polished & re-upholstered just the way it was. The back is curved & beautifully shaped with many partitions. The seat is also curved. I've just had this sofa completely re-upholstered in a taupe fabric & I think it sets it of very well. This sofa not only looks great, but it's also very comfortable. I would date it to around the 1930-50's period.

Depth - 32.3", 82 cm

Height - 29.5", 75 cm

Seat Height - 15.4", 39 cm
