Description

A vintage 1920s Hexameter full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is ticking away and the time keeping is good to around 2 - 3 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is signed Hexameter, 15 jewels, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.7 mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The 10 ct gold filled case is stamped Moon, trade mark Dennison Watch Case Co Ltd, English Make, Guaranteed to be made of two plates of 10 ct gold with plate of composition between and to wear 20 years. The case is in nice condition with only light surface marks from use.

The front cover opens to reveal the dial which is in nice condition and it has its original gold coloured hands.

The watch lens is glass and is in good condition.
