Delightful novelty Italian silver hand mirror shaped compact with lipstick holder, c.1920s/1930s. Beautifully engraved all over the mirror flips open to reveal the powder compartment with internal mirror with bevelled glass and the base of the handle pulls out for the lipstick holder. A brilliant green cabochon onyx set at the base forms the thumb slide for the lipstick. Marked inside the lip of the cover.

It measures 15cm long, 6.2cm wide and 1.1cm deep. Total weight is is 92g. Condition is very good with no damage ore repairs. Very light surface wear and just a few small fox marks to the mirrors.
