This is a very good quality bed it is very heavy, both ends of this attractive bed have painted ceramic decoration depicting birds of paradise, the top rails have big brass bed knobs at each end, with vertical and horizontal brass rails. The foot of the bed has a pleasant curved shape and it stands on metal casters
The bed is in very good sound condition and comes with a purpose made slatted wooden base The bed is 57” high at the top and the foot is 44” high, the drop in size for the mattress is 54”wide x 76” long ( a normal 4ft 6” double)
