Longines Calibre 22as Automatic Military Style Mens Vintage Watch C1952

This is a rare model in as much as it has the military look and feel about it.

It has a calibre 22AS 19 jewels fully automatic movement and as you can see is sparkling clean and in fabulous condition.

The fully restored dial is in mint condition and it has luminous hands. Of course it is fully marked with Longines logo on the winding crown. It has had a new glass fitted and the case has been professionally cleaned and polished so is absolutely pristine.

The case measures 35mm without the winding crown.

The watch comes with a high quality wooden presentation box to keep it in perfect condition.

As you would expect from Longines the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement, crown and case.

It has a new premium grade chestnut brown leather strap.

The watch movement has just been fully serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine Longines in all respects.

This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled by Alan Williams FBHI, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.

The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then throughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
