A set of 4 cock fighting prints by Henry Thomas Alken from the 19th Century. Each originally published in 1825 now housed in Late Victorian (1890-1900) frames with gilt mounts. One titled "death", "set two", "fight" and "throat". English circa 1825

Dimensions: 9" high x 11" wide

Henry Thomas Alken (12 October 1785 – 7 April 1851) was an English painter and engraver chiefly known as a caricaturist and illustrator of sporting subjects and coaching scenes. His most prolific period of painting and drawing occurred between 1816 and 1831.

Condition: This set of prints are in excellent condition. Cleaned and waxed.
