Description

A really fabulous inkwell, about as charming as they come. Made from ceramic (Terracotta), it is beautifully crafted with tremendous detail including the incised shoe size on the underside.

The cat has a bowtie on and sports his fabulous two original glass eyes, the lid comes off to reveal the ceramic ink chamber within.

Late Victorian in era, dating to around 1890.
