Carved Parquetry Top Library Table C.1880.

Description

Imposing late 19th.c. library table c.1880. Top features geometrical pattern parquetry inlays within a broad oak frame with a moulded edge. On a splendid base with ends featuring four crisply carved bearded heads over scrolling feet, joined with four arches supported on turned balusters. The whole raised on a moulded plinth. Excellent unrestored condition, solid and sturdy with only minor wear. Note the top lifts of and base will come appar for ease of delivery.

Dimensions: width 79", depth 39", height 29".
