Description

A 19th Century French Red Tortoise Shell & ormolu mounted mantel clock. The case veneered in red tortoise shell and having fine quality ormolu mounts and carrying handle. The clock with a brass and enamelled dial with Roman numerals and a typical French brass movement which strikes a gong on the half hour and the hour. French circa 1880-1900

Dimensions: 11" high x 5" wide x 4" deep

Condition: This clock is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed. The movement has been overhauled and serviced and is guaranteed for one year.
