This lovely French solid oak Breton bed is offered in very good condition.
The bed comprises of a four large barley twist columns with an internal twist within the main twist.
The bed has turned finials to each post and stands on turned oak feet.
The headboard has a carved pediment with a central wheel detail. Below the pediment there are a row of small bobbin finials.
The footboard has a scalloped top rail with bobbin detailing above and below a large centre panel.
The side rails also have the same bobbin detailing.
The bed comes with a newly fitted slatted base, or we can make an upholstered base for an extra £100.
